What is HellraiserStore?
We are the keeper of souls for all of eternity. Maybe not, but we do carry EVERY Hellraiser product on the market. There is merchandise from Clive Barker all over the internet, but not one one-stop-shop. Well here it is.

When was HellraiserStore established?
We started out as an eBay business but decided to upgrade. We began in Fall of 2003, and will continue to be here, as long as you keep Pinhead alive.

What your shipping policies?
We ship through United States Postal Service only and we understand how someone can easily get raped on a shipping charge. It doesn’t take $6 to send a shirt, so where do they get the nerve?

We try to make shipping charges as close to the actual price as possible and incorporate just a few pennies in there for our supplies, i.e. paper, ink, envelopes, and boxes. We do not ship internationally as of now, but if we have enough demand for it, then we certainly will.

We do not refund shipping charges and we do not refund return shipping charges unless there is a fault on our part. If an item is lost or damaged and you did not place insurance on it, then we are not liable.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover cards through Paypal. Don't worry, signup is not required anymore so you can zip right through the checkout. We accept money orders and personal checks too. The checks will have a 10 day clearing period before your item is shipped though.

Do you do wholesale orders?
Sorry, at this time we do not do wholesale orders.

What’s your return policy?
An item may be returned or exchanged if there is a physical problem with it, such as a hole in a shirt or a chip in a figure. You must contact us prior to returning it with a description of the problem to get an authorization number. We cannot refund shipping charges though. If you do not like the item simply out of taste, there will be a $2 restocking fee. Items must NOT be washed/worn or have any damage.

If you do wish to return an item, then you must do so within 15 days of the purchase and it must be accompanied by the invoice. You may email us at sales@hellraiserstore.com for returns.
