Dec 5th, 2003 - Clive has just been hired to write the next draft and to direct Tortured Souls -the movie.        

 The Midnight Meat Train
8/2003 - Clive announced to Lost souls that he has turned in a draft for the Midnight Meat Train, and hopes to begin on it sometime in 2004. Clive looks to make this movie as a hard R rating due to the intensity of the story. The movie will be made thru and indapendant studio.    

 DREAD
8/2003 - Clive told us, "We have a draft, and again I hope that's a movie we can get going next year."

2/21/2003 - Seraphim is currently hiring a writer for DREAD based on the short story from the Books of Blood with FOX studios.    

 The Evil One
8/2003 - Originally titled Evil.
Clive has submitted the first 2 hours of what will hopefully be a series on the Sci-Fi Channel with the working title The Evil One. Clive told Lost Souls, "I'm very excited about the idea of taking evil as the subject. I hope they don't think it is too dark."

2/21/2003 - Seraphim Films is developing a series with the SCI FI channel, titled EVIL, currently it is in the treatment stage.    

 LORD OF ILLUSIONS, THE SEQUEL
8/2003 - Instead of a series Clive is now considering another Harry D'Amour movie.

2/21/2003 - The pilot script for LORD OF ILLUSIONS the series written by Rick Ramage (STIGMATA) is completed and we are all extremely happy with the results. Seraphim is currently awaiting a green-light from Showtime. The pilot is planned to be shot in Australia.

Seraphim Films and MGM are developing a television series based on the movie for Showtime. Rick Ramage is currently writing the pilot script for the series.    

  TORTURED SOULS - THE MOVIE
8/2003 - Clive told Lost Souls, "the final draft coming in in two weeks time. Then that will go to Universal, and hopefully we'll start to make that movie, and that will be great. At least that's what we plan."

2/21/2003 -Seraphim has hired Hans Rodionoff (MAN-THING, SAINTSINNER) to pen TORTURED SOULS with Universal, which is in the script stage and going extremely well.

7/19/2002 - Currently hiring writer to adapt Clive's treatment.

Clive Barker and Todd McFarlane have struck a deal with Universal Pictures to produce a film based on "Clive Barker's Tortured Souls - Animae Damnatae. Clive is writing the "Souls" treatment based on the novella that is sold as inividual chapters with each of the figures outlining the "Souls" origin. Barker and McFarlane will produce the movie. Barker's Seraphim Films VP Joe Daley will co-produce with McFarlane exec Terry Fitzgerald.    

 ECTO KID TO SEE MORE THAN GHOSTS
7/19/2002 - Currently hiring writer to adapt Clive's treatment.

Ecto-Kid, Dex Mungo, may be seeing the big screen. Nickelodeon Movies and Paramout Pictures have optioned the feature and TV rights to "Ecto-Kid" - a short story based on the comicbook property owned by writer and director Clive Barker.

 CLIVE AND JONATHAN DAVIS (KORN) TO RELEASE DVD
8/2003 - Clive told Lost Souls he has submitted his paintings to Korn to use as a starting point for several peices of music. He is now waiting for a composition from korn to use as a starting place for a painting.

The two are working on a DVD that will feature Clive's art and Davis' music.

 DAMNATION GAME TO BE MADE INTO MOVIE
8/2003 - Warner Bros are looking to bring in the writer of a great horror movie of yore to come and do a final draft of Damnation Game. clive would not release the name of the writer because it not a sure thing yet, but Clive told Lost Souls,"I hate to be so coy about this, but if he gets to do it, I feel he will bring it on home and then we can make that movie."

 BLOODY MARY
8/2003 - Clive told Lost Souls "we have somebody, this is not a name you would know, a guy who was one of the producers on a bunch of sort of independent hits over the last couple years. He's going to come oand help us co-produce. We are going to end up getting that made next year, which is great."
Bloody Mary will not be made through a major studio.

 WEAVEWORLD
8/2003 - Clive is just waiting for the go ahead from Showtime to begin the mini-series. Clive told Lost Souls, "We have someone who wants to direct, a place to go shoot it,and we have a marvelous script for television."

7/19/2002 - Stephen Molton is currently re-writing the six hour miniseries. They hope to be in Production in 2003.

We have been told this project is coming together rather quickly now. The Project is currently in development by Showtime. We hope to have more updates soon.
